The Jharkhand School Leadership Academy (JSLA) was established in 2022 under the umbrella of NCSL-NIEPA. NCSL-NIEPA is working towards addressing the leadership requirement and contextual school issues in 35 states and Union Territories. JSLA executes the following functions:To document the work of school leaders, prepare videography of schools, and share them with the masses through the NCSL portal and on the SLA YouTube channel. Collecting best practices in the form of case studies from various school leaders. To prepare training modules related to school leadership with specific context of the state. To organize capacity building programmes/webinars/seminars/ special lecture series to address the recent issues of School Leadership. To uphold a linkage between NCSL, NIEPA, and the school leaders of Jharkhand State.
